**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations within the bonded warehouse.

Perform regular inventory checks to reconcile physical stock with records.

Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Implement measures to prevent loss, damage, or theft of inventory.

**Documentation and Compliance**:
Prepare and maintain documentation required for the movement and storage of bonded goods, including customs declarations, permits, and licenses.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations governing the handling and storage of bonded goods.

Coordinate with customs authorities and other regulatory agencies to facilitate inspections and audits.

**Warehouse Operations**:
Organize and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and efficiency.

Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed.

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

Monitor environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity, to ensure suitability for stored goods.

**Customer Service**:
Respond to inquiries from customers regarding the status and availability of goods.

Assist in resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, and returns.

Provide support to customers in completing necessary documentation for bonded transactions.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with colleagues in other departments, such as logistics, procurement, and finance, to coordinate activities related to bonded goods.

Collaborate with shipping carriers and freight forwarders to arrange transportation of goods to and from the bonded warehouse.

Participate in cross-functional teams and initiatives aimed at improving warehouse processes and performance.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a bonded warehouse environment.

Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures governing bonded goods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.

Forklift certification may be required.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month
