**Job Overview**:You will be part of the Design & Engineering team working on Urban Green Dot’s indoor vertical hydroponics systems. Your primary tasks will be to run the daily operations of our farming systems, build & install different types of farming systems and to operate system maintenance works. Separately, you will also be involved in ad hoc work at the farm, including management of the company’s shop, administrative duties as well as harvesting & packing of the vegetables.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Your duties in the company will be as follows:

- Learn to set up of different farming systems that Urban Green Dot operates.
- Learn how to monitor and operate the different farming systems proficiently.
- Provide set-up, maintenance and technical support of our different farming systems.
- Learn and carry out the daily and weekly tasks of the farm including but not limited to seeding, maintenance of the systems, monitoring and harvesting of the crops.

**Useful Skills & Experience**:Polytechnic/NITEC graduates who studied in an engineering field or individuals with prior work in the farming or technician industry are preferred. This job also involves manual work that may be physically demanding.

**Working Hours**:Choose 4 Weekdays Out of 5: 8.30am - 5.30pm (1-hr lunch break)

Choose 1 Weekend: 9am - 5pm (1-hr lunch break)

**Expected Gross Monthly Salary**:Career Trial period (3-months): $7.5 to $15/hr

If performance is satisfactory and the objectives are fulfilled, we will offer the trainee a full-time contract at our company as a technician:
Post training period (incl CPF): $1700 - $2000
