**Objectives of this Role**:

- Present compelling stories in person and on video for our audience segments
- Engage in logical discussions on financial and investment decisions
- Produce quality content consistently via latest trendy software and apps
- Plan and manage brand advocacy juniors' efforts in collaborative creativity
- Push out bite-sized content daily to our audience segments
- Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support content creation operations

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**:

- Work with CMO and marketing team to present a unified brand understanding and voice for the company and our clients
- Develop ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the Brand advocacy team
- Obtain team approval by presenting final drafts, storyboards, and concepts to CEO and wider team, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests
- Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Confident and competent in public speaking and appearances
- Proficiency with creative apps like Capcut, Premiere Rush, etc
- Exceptional capability with social media engagement
- Possess high standards of personal excellence
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Have a solid knowledge of financial or investment products is required

**Remuneration**:
Up to SGD $4,000
