**Firmware Engineer**

You will be responsible for implementing the test cases and test automation for the CI/CD by collaborating with Firmware development and DevOps teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement CI/CD through building relationships with Firmware development teams.
- Responsible for Build, Test & Release best practices by working within teams.
- Understand and customize the current CI/CD workflows to address the team’s needs in product development.
- Work with Firmware development to identify the test cases for CI to ensure the quality of the design
- Set up and customize the CI/CD environment (Jenkins based) and develop the corresponding task scripts to execute the jobs.
- Oversee the implementation of corrective, preventive and adaptive maintenance.
- Generate appropriate report / results.
- Analyze the obstacles in the CI/CD workflows and collaborate with both fixed and remote team to improve the efficiency and coverage of automated tasks by automating manual tests or tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields
- Practical knowledge and experience of working with Jenkins system, including setup, job creation and management, is a must; and experience of using GIT in CI/CD is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience in software functional test or software development using Python or C/C++ is an advantage.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Well versed in the Agile product development lifecycle.
- Ability to work in teams or independently, action-oriented, and possesses strong drive for results.
- Focus, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
