A HL7 Full Stack Developer is available at Respiree Pte Ltd. The purpose of this role is to develop and integrate the HL7 full stack requirements with back-end advanced analytics using artificial intelligence for deployment in local and overseas healthcare infrastructures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing full stack HL7 compatible architecture to support back end advanced analytics platform for deployment in healthcare infrastructures
- Design and build server-side architecture and client-side with visual design
- Develop, build and manage databases
- Design and develop effective APIs that can integrated with back-end server architectures
- Work with development team and managers in the design of scalable software
- Ensure overall integration and troubleshooting of software for efficiency
- Write technical documentation
- Work with data scientists to improve integrate back-end with front-end
- Key focus areas of development and management: (1) cloud and (2) on-premise

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering/Physics
- Must have knowledge in HL7 framework
- Preferable experience as a full stack developer for at least 5 years and familiarity with common stacks
- Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React JS, D3.js)
- Knowledge of back-end languages - Node JS and Python
- Distributed systems and SCRUM systems
- Skill set of working with IOT system is a bonus
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, postgresql. MongoDB, DynamoDB Oracle), web servers (e.g. Apache, Glassfish) and UI/UX design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
