**Responsibilities**:
Create technical proposals, provide support in commercial tenders, and conduct reviews of both tender and order proposals.
Have a thorough understanding of the contractual scope and requirements, and verify that the specifications or scope proposed to the customer are feasible within the company’s capacity and capabilities.
Develop technical calculations and documentation such as process simulations, PFDs and mass balances, PIDs, equipment selection and design, control philosophies and their documentation, instrument selection and process data, plant operating instructions, functional descriptions, and lists, among others, as necessary for Basic Engineering or a full skid plant.
Execute the initiation and commissioning of the plant, troubleshoot plant issues, and gather, examine and report data to ensure that the plant is fully functional. This includes guarantee test-runs, complete unit operations (including but not limited to around a column), membrane units, LLE units, as well as other PT technologies. Also, ensure that the plant meets the customer’s acceptance criteria.
Create and maintain a comprehensive record of the design basis, design changes, reviewed and approved design documents, as well as design check records.
Make sure that the engineering design and installation adequately reflect and convey the project or customer process requirements.
Conduct a thorough review of vendor documents, analyse technical risks, and suggest potential solutions to mitigate these risks.
**Requirements**:
Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years working experiences in Petrochemical and Chemical Field.
