About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and engaged leader for our Global Internal Communications department. This team manages communications by company leaders across disciplines with employees on diverse matters such organizational announcements, Human Resources policies, news stories relevant to the company meetings. The leader for this department will be tasked with bringing and allocating the right resources to manage the global work this team manages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead the implementation of employee communication strategies and tactics in support of key initiatives including executive communications, org changes and change management, and employee programs and events
- Hire and develop a team to support global coordination and regional execution
- Lead the development and implementation of a holistic internal communications strategy
- Establish a global playbook by which successful strategies can be repeated as well as allowing for continuous iteration
- Manage stakeholder engagements in close collaboration with HR, Legal, Public Policy and other teams within the company
- Close coordination with other Communications functions, including corporate and product communications groups
- Management of a diverse and high performing team across geographies

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in communications with significant prior experience in the internal communications discipline
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong people management skills with a proven ability to manage, lead and inspire a growing international team
- Experience driving strategic communications plans and working with senior executives
- Effective analytical skills and high attention to detail, including the ability to supervise the development of analytics and metrics, set goals, and identify gaps and opportunities for new projects
- Strong management, leadership, and team building skills
- Empathetic and self-motivated leader that can excel in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a cross-border, multi-cultural environment is required
