**Cafe Service Crew**
Job scope:
- A café with cat interactions.
- Provide prompt and friendly service to customers, taking orders and answering questions as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Set up and clean tables, and ensure proper table settings and condiment placement.
- Process customer payments and provide accurate change as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling and storage.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe, communicating with kitchen and other staff members as needed.
- Continuously learn about our menu items, promotions, and other offerings, and share knowledge with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner, escalating to the appropriate team member as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year of experience in similar role or no experience would be considered for part time.
- Must be able to commit to work on weekends and Public Holiday.
- Previous experience as a Service Associate or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
