Operations Assistant Executive Customers Care in

**Key Duties, Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers' inquiries, addressing their logistics needs and concerns and cooperate with staff to handle Customers' enquiries.
- Job file creation and preparation of all documents for submission to customers and internal filing.
- Responsible for invoice creation and accountable / keep track of sub-contractor/ supplier’s bills (invoices) based on per job basis.
- Timely respond to customers inquiries and requests for quotations and informations
- Perform data entry, job creation, billing, general administrative or other ad-hoc duties/tasks assigned within the operations department
- To assist Operations Department and Manager on special projects assigned and provide backup to other office team when necessary.
- To work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
- Education and Experience - GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level ore higher education
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding and/or Logistics business will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Able to converse in English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,900.00 - $3,100.00 per month
Work Location: In person
