Singapore King George's Avenue Seniors Activity Centre Full time

**Volunteer & Case Coordinator (Primary duties)**
- Recruits, schedules, coordinates, and assigns volunteers to appropriate programmes such as Befriending & Buddying services (BnB), outing etc.
- Reach out and establish networks with community stakeholders, social services organisations, corporate partners and agencies for volunteer partnerships to match Centre needs.
- Regularly communicates and review with volunteers or volunteer centres to ensure placement is a good fit for individuals’ skills and goals.
- To manage referrals from Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), direct referrals from community partners and from general public.
- To refer and co-ordinate with community stakeholders to meet the needs of clients.
- To perform basic assessment of care needs for home care clients and conduct home visits where required.
- Ensure clients receiving BnB services met the required visitation/virtual fulfillments as stipulated in AIC KPIs.
- Accompany new befriender volunteer during home visits or whenever needed.

**Programme (Secondary duties)**
- Assist in coordinating and implementing of programmes, activities, outings for registered seniors.
- Conduct assessments such as Community Screening Tools, provide information and referrals to services provided by centre or other service providers, received via phone, walk-in or other platforms.
- Assist in planning, overseeing and resolve centre manpower, facility maintenance, operational issues and handling of complaints and feedback to meet regulations and standards of prevailing requirements.

**Liaising**
- Liaising with seniors and seniors’ family members, next-of-kin, etc.
- Liaising with medical social workers (hospitals, nursing homes, etc.)
- Liaising with stakeholders, partners (CC, FSC, GROs, etc)
- Liaising with donors and sponsors.

**Training and Development of Personnel**
- Lead, motivate and train junior staff, eg Programme Officers.
- Assist to monitor the work progress of Programme Officers and provide guidance.

**Administrative Duties**
- Man staff counter, handle any walk-in or telephone enquiry.
- Adhere to the workflow and maintain proper records stipulated in AAC service model for accurate monthly KPI report generation.
- Ensure proper documentations and recordings required from stakeholders and volunteer centres.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by Centre Manager.

**Alert Alarm System (AAS)**
- Manage the AAS and render immediate assistance to calls activated during office hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
