**About the role**
- Developing excel reporting structure and process of updating to ensure efficient and timely execution for the team on weekly, monthly and yearly basis
- Assist superior with budget, margin and sales planning and forecasting by brand, store, category and country.
- End of season sales and performance analysis to drive seasonal strategies
- Exit strategy of product proposal to superior, planning execution and tracking on promotion and end of season markdown events
- Manage data integrity, ensuring it is accurate and in line with the system and website.
- Assist with regular competitor and market analysis. Reviewing online and in store competition in terms of brands, pricing, visual representation and product mix
- Collaborate with logistics, planning, ecomm, retail operations, retail brand marketing,visual merchandising, finance, and all relevant departments in order for a seamless merchandising process flow.
- Liaising with suppliers on order deliveries, and invoicing, ensuring these match with the original order placed and highlighting any discrepancies to relevant departments.
- Manage delivery of stock alongside logistics team and brands for direct deliveries within agreed timelines.
- Ensuring that purchase orders are created and all system data is maintained accurately
- Maintain pricing in line with brand and business guidelines accurately for each country.
- Maintain daily an accurate order table and delivery report in line with the confirmed supplier order for all brands
- Adhoc analysis as and when required
- Ensuring all orders planned are delivered to stores in a timely manner for launch.
- Monitors and analyses product performance by brand,category, store sales, sell-out, gross margin and turnover and translates insights into key selling points, or category opportunities on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensures effective inventory management on stock balancing, stock analysis, stock vs sales performance to ensure stock on bestsellers and inventory at stores and online is maintained at an optimal level.
- Attend brand meetings with vendors/suppliers in order to align on merchandising operational flow, sales and inventory data and review of the brand for the business.
- Weekly review on products for consolidation and transfers, replenishment and allocations to support sales.
- Co-ordinate with buyers on new store’s stock builds and prepares and sends orders for new stores before opening date
- Orderbook update and maintenance on received product information and ensuring accuracy on updates

**About the requirements**:

- 5+ Years Working experience in retail environment, merchandising, buying or planning
- Degree/Diploma in relevant field
- Sporting Goods experience preferable
- Advanced Excel level & other MS Office and tools
