- User Experience (UX) Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers and researchers to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points, informing the design process.
- Style Guides and Design Systems: Create and maintain style guides or design systems that provide consistent guidelines for design elements, interactions, and brand identity.
- Usability Testing: Conduct or participate in usability testing to gather feedback and insights on design effectiveness, iterating designs as needed.
- Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible to users with disabilities, following guidelines and best practices.
- Iterative Design: Use an iterative approach, refining and evolving designs based on user feedback and testing.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Visual/UI/Web Designer.
- Degree or Diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design principles, including layout, composition, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard tools.
- Understanding of web and mobile technologies and their impact on design solutions.
- Experience with Agile co-development processes and ICT professional services is advantageous.
- Knowledge of front-end development/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design is an added advantage.
