We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Sales Enablement Specialist reports to the Asia Sales / Commercial Leader and is responsible for providing leaders, colleagues, and clients with automated, intelligent suggestions for how our client’s experience can be improved in the context of their needs and to drive sales performance of the region using a data-driven, digital approach. The key focus is identifying current data trends and helping to transform our existing tools, processes and practices in order to drive change and fuel continuous sales-productivity improvement and a high-performance culture.

**We will count on you to**:

- Create and embed a culture of data-led performance management through robust campaign design & management, goal setting, monitoring and reporting from LOB/Country to the individual.
- Further develop traditional sales operations and best practices like metrics, forecasting, reporting, sales process, data management and CRM adoption
- Support with Sales enablement via the development and roll out of business initiatives to help drive cultural change including training, performance management and change management
- Shape a differentiated client experience via partnerships with the Commercial organization, Marketing, and Country sales teams
- Work with the IMPACT COE to support building out IMPACT & Bid management capabilities for MMB

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Management, Finance, or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in sales operations within multinational environments
- Superior analytical, strategic planning, oral and written communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Excellent project management skills
