- The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) aspires to be a world-class organisation in delivering safety and security for our people. The overall purpose of Audit and Assurance Directorate (AAD) of the Risk Management and Audit Group (RMAG) is to provide an objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve MHA’s operations. AAD seeks to help MHA accomplish its objectives of risk management, control and governance. AAD also aims to enhance HTDs level of compliance with government policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations to enable them to be more effective and efficient in managing resources. This job if not done well will have adverse implications on the level of governance, risk and control status of the organisation.

**What you will be working on**
- (a) Plan, develop audit programs/checklists and perform audit field work according to annual audit workplan (b) Prepare audit reports to include the audit findings, conclusions and recommendations for improvement (c) Assist in the follow-up of the implementation status of recommendations in audit reports (d) Advise and educate Home Team Departments on audit and control issues (e) Present audit reports at Risk Management and Audit Committee (RMAC) Meetings and undertake secretariat duties on a rotational basis (f) Organise RMAG events such as Risk Management & Audit Seminar/Webinar
