To provide support in the following areas:

- Facilitating online interviews
- Provide support for Outreach activities such as Open Day and visits by guests to the campus
- Procurement of catering and supplies as required by the Admissions Team
- Event support, e.g. packing of gift bags, preparing directional signs, support for registration and ushering, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Diploma holder in any discipline
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude
- Good coordination and organization skills
- Strong team player who is meticulous, resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced and results-oriented work environment
- Ability to display tact and discretion in handling admissions information
