Singapore CATALYST RECOVERY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining feedstock to the unit.
- Responsible for proper and representative sampling throughout the production run.
- Ensures uniform packing throughout production run.
- Ensures Production Shift Supervisor’s instructions are followed thoroughly and correctly.
- Must be able to start-up, shut-down and run stripper, regenerator and impregnation equipment.
- Must be able to follow standard operation procedures for catalyst manufacturing and regeneration process using safe operating techniques.
- Operates feed stations, regulates feed, light burners from control panel and trouble shoots burner problems.
- Takes samples, run Leco anlayzers, drums out, operate forklift, change screen on separators, repair rubber sleeve, rubber belting, adjust belt tracking, takes stack tests.
- Cleans out dust collector, operates Hi-Vac, fills out drum labels, production reports.
- Knows how to adjust belt speed.
- Must be able to identify potential quality problems/participate in trouble shooting analysis.
- Familiar with hazardous waste handling procedures.
- Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by the immediate supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- Adheres to Company policies and work requirements and works in accordance with Company HSEManagement Systems.
- Participate in health, safety and environment programs and safety meetings conducted by the plant to maintain a high standard of safety consciousness.
- Ensure good house-keeping within CCR / production plant area.
- Observes safety rules and regulations, identify potential hazards in workplace and reports unsafe conditions and act.
- Execute and support all ISO SYSTEMS assigned duties.
- Forklift license a plus
- Minimum N Level qualification
