We are currently seeking a Business & Operation Planning Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of computer-guided logistics, material organization, and manpower scheduling for our frontline operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute business plans, organize logistics, materials, and manpower to achieve business outcomes.
- Maintain a high-level perspective while being hands-on in operational planning and execution.
- Handle computer-aided planning and adapt to unexpected changes, such as machine breakdowns or manpower absences.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with Directors, Doctors, and Frontline colleagues.
- Complete all tasks prescribed in SOPs and workflow protocols within the specified timeframe.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Admin and Health Sciences.
- Or 2 years of experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry.
- Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage
- Good in planning and organizing work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environment independently
- Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive.
- A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and integrity
- An organized person and systematic thinker, good in process thinking.
- Familiarity with tools like chatGPT, Zapier, and Shopify, which require no coding or IT experience
