**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in providing OT services for children and adolescent with special needs.
- Help to maintain proper case records and relevant documents.
- Maintain therapy resource materials, equipment and accessories.
- Assist in administrative matters pertaining to the OT service.
- All other duties as may be directed by Occupational Therapist / Head of Allied Health Dept. / Principal.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Therapy Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
- Preferably with 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in social service organization or related filed.
