Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Regional Asset Integrity and Process Safety Management (AIPSM) Specialist, Asia Pacific**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This role is to support the Region in running, implementing, and tracking the initiatives connected to the Global Asset Integrity Process Safety (AIPS) program, in collaboration and alignment with the Global QSHE team. As the Process Safety science, by its nature, covers very rare scenarios, not easy to identify or, in some cases, even to believe; the role requires a person with the ability to communicate, drive the culture change necessary to move AIPS in Brenntag to the next level.

**Asset Integrity Process Safety (AIPS) Assessment/Audits**
- Work side by side with the local teams in evaluating the maturity level of each pillar of the AIPS system that Brenntag decided to adopt (Critical Control Points)
- Perform periodical field visits to identify AIPS related strengths and weaknesses, to coach local teams in the “ability to see” process safety related risks
- Support local teams in preparing, implementing and tracking action plans to enhance the AIPS maturity level of the sites
**Competency Development**
- Actively contribute to improving the AIPS competence at all levels of the organization within the region
**Enhance/Improve AIPS in Sites**
- Support the sites in creating a fertile ground able to absorb the abovementioned AIPS initiatives and competence development programs
- Facilitate the process of experience sharing across the sites
- Design and execute a solid strategy across the supply chain, triggering employee and contractor interest and participation.
**Global QSHE Coordination**
- Support Global QSHE program implementation

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Education**:
Chemical Engineering or equivalent bachelor’s degree

**Experience**:

- 5+ years related industry experience
**Others**:

- Self-motivated, continuous learner, curious, team player
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex issues in an effective manner
- English; An additional Asian language will be a plus
