**Program Facilitation**:
**Job Title: Secondary School Program Coach**
**Location**: Singapore
**Timeline**: 16-21 February 2025 (dates to be confirmed in January)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging sessions for secondary school students.
- Deliver program content to meet objectives effectively.

**Preparation and Coordination**:

- Review program materials in advance.
- Ensure smooth execution of activities.

**Student Interaction**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Address student inquiries professionally.

**Reporting and Feedback**:

- Provide feedback on sessions to the organizing team.
- Document observations for program improvement.

**Key Requirements**:

- Registered MOE instructor.
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Experience facilitating youth programs or workshops.
- Organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Team-oriented with a passion for education.

**Compensation**:

- Rate**:$350**.
- Certificate of Participation provided.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 14 days

Pay: $170.00 - $180.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
