**About the role**
We are looking for a specialised case management expert to conduct workplace investigations into employee relations concerns and support overall positive employee engagement. You'll provide guidance and support to other case managers and make recommendations to business leaders to help resolve workplace concerns.
Our ideal teammate will thrive in an "all hands on deck" environment, loves solving people and employment related issues, and can pivot quickly between case management and employee support.
**Your Impact in Role**
- Manage Employee Relations (ER) cases involving interpersonal conflict and/or allegations of HR policy violations (e.g. harassment, discrimination, bullying, retaliation, etc)
- Analyze context, facts, and documentation gathered within ELR's case management process to develop balanced recommended actions that address any misconduct and restore damaged relationships
- Facilitate restorative conversations (mediated discussions) between employees with an emphasis on repairing relationships
- Maintain confidential records within a shared case management tool; leverage the case management tool to identify themes affecting employee groups or subgroups, and develop a measured response related to trends
- Foster effective relationships with HR, Employment Legal, and business leaders at all levels
- Actively support ELR priority projects
**The Experience You'll Bring**
- Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in employee relations, mediation, or human resources
- Demonstrated case management skills to include: planning, organisation, attention to detail, and ability to deliver multiple tasks or competing priorities within a time-sensitive environment
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills-must be an impactful and persuasive communicator at all levels of the organisation
- Direct experience with Restorative Practices, Restorative Justice, or similar interventions such as Mediated Discussions, Community Circles, and Actions Plans focused on harm reduction
- Significant workplace investigations capabilities paired with a thorough understanding of HR principles, concepts, policies, and standards
- The ability to mentor teammates across a global Employee and Labor Relations team and work independently to drive results at a high level without day-to-day supervision
