**Roles & Responsibilities**

You have a passion for relationship building, aligned with our company’s values on connecting to light up relationships. You lead with authority and is a point of inspiration for the team. You are well versed in marketing campaigns and social media, driven by the needs of consumers in any creative or digital activations. You go beyond just a client-servicing role, building and shaping the culture of the agency.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- To lead the team into cracking briefs with creative solutions within the pre-set of parameters
- To inspire the team, being a role model that guides and develops their potentials
- To story tell, able to persuade and convince stakeholders
- To understand your clients’ needs and wants, putting them at ease and always givingthem assurance and confidence
- To problem solve and troubleshoot, minimizing potential issues that may lead toconflicts internally or externally
- To business develop with conquest of new accounts and grow existing accounts
- To present and pitch ideas to clients
- To ensure timely and successful delivery of all our services
- To constantly evaluate the performance of campaigns/activations and provide timely updates to clients with actionable recommendations
- To ensure projects meet financial objectives
- To operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients &develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
- To undertake administrative tasks for your respective accounts
- To take on any other duties as assigned.

**Our Requirements**:

- Possess excellent client management, project management and internal stakeholder management skills
- Experienced in all forms of marketing campaign, creative & digital works
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate strategies andconcepts to sell your ideas
- Good business acumen
- Have a hands-on attitude, always willing to learn and grow with the agency
- Demonstrates pro-activeness, is a good team leader and functions independently
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities with tightdeadlines and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with agency background
