To foster robust and timely engagement between our senior management and staff while building strong company ethos and pride across our global workforce, the Internal Communications team is looking for a talented digital storyteller and communicator who can help execute our employee engagement strategy.

**The role and key responsibilities**
- Support the creation and development of visual and audio media assets (videos, photos, graphics, charts, podcasts etc) for internal audiences, told through a digital storytelling lens
- Gather, produce and write company/staff news, blogs and Q&A features, collaborating from time to time with the Public Affairs’ Digital Newsroom team for external publication. This may include speaking with or interviewing internal teams and stakeholders for information gathering.
- Project management: Ensure timely progress and completion of editorial assignments and projects, including collaborating with, or managing external partners to deliver on outcomes.
- Content management: Support the organisation and management of the company’s internal content and employee engagement platforms

**Requirements and key attributes**
- Between 2-5 years of relevant work experience; past experiences in staff communication employee engagement would be an advantage. Must provide portfolio or work samples.
- Degree in Communications, Media, Marketing and Business or a related field
- An eye for compelling and effective visual communication, with experience in using Creative Suite software is an advantage
- Curiosity and a knack for unearthing news-worthy and compelling stories within the company
- Have good people skills to get newsmakers to open up and share their stories
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complicated concepts
- A highly driven and motivated self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment, and an enthusiastic collaborator
- Demonstrable track record of project management working with multiple stakeholders
- Adaptable, motivated, and has initiative and a “can do” attitude, with a strong interest in connecting people and building networks
