**Customer Service Officer - Entry-Level**:
**We are hiring friendly and reliable Customer Service Officers**
No prior experience needed - freshers are welcome. If you can type and have a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Enter and update information accurately into our systems.
- Support day-to-day office tasks such as printing, scanning, and filing.
- Maintain a polite and helpful attitude with customers and team members.
- Follow simple procedures and escalate issues to supervisors if needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Minimum O-Level / A-Level / equivalent.
- **Typing Skills**:Basic typing ability with reasonable speed and accuracy.
- **Language**:Able to speak clearly in **English**. Ability to speak in **Tamil**or **Hindi**is a bonus, but not required.
- **Computer Use**:Basic knowledge of using a computer (typing, navigating screens, etc.).
- **Attitude**:Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work well with others.

- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to stay calm and polite under pressure.
- Attention to detail when entering data or handling information.
