DESIGNATION : Analyst, Programme Management (12-month Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
**An Overview**

We are looking for an Analyst, Programme Management, to support the external coordination and delivery of large-scale volunteering programmes, as well as support the internal management of our office. For this individual, this new entry-level role will be a great learning and development opportunity to experience how programmes are conducted in the social sector and gain exposure to a breadth of stakeholders - nonprofit organisations supporting various causes and government agencies, as well as to gain experience in office administration and management.

Your job role will cover:

- **Programme Coordination**: You'll support the Programme Manager and team along the project lifecycle to ensure smooth project delivery.
- **Events Management**:Support the end-to-end delivery of online (Zoom) and physical events - event setup, sending invites, tracking sign-ups, venue logistics, liaising with vendors, on-the-go problem solving etc.
- **Data Analysis**: Support the team with collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data e.g., post-event feedback scores.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Support the team by coordinating with a variety of stakeholders such as clients, partners and internal cross-functional team members.
- **Office Administration**: Support the organisation in managing the current office and/ or support the renovation and relocation to our new office space.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Events Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications or related fields.
- Relevant experience in related areas like event management, office administration, communications etc will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest and / or experience in the social service sector, such as actively volunteering in the social service sector will be an advantage.
- Must possess strong administration skills, good proficiency in English, good interpersonal skills and communication skills
