Outlet Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Operational Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the karaoke outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and all equipment is in working order.

2. **Staff Supervision**:

- Hire, onboard, train, and manage staff, including karaoke hosts, bartenders, and servers.
- Schedule employees to ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours.

3. **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

4. **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract patrons to the karaoke outlet.
- Promote special events and offers to increase foot traffic and revenue.

5. **Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Manage inventory levels of beverages, food, and karaoke equipment.
- Place orders and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

6. **Financial Management**:

- Monitor and manage the outlet's budget, including cost control, pricing, and revenue targets.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze sales data to make informed business decisions.

7. **Compliance and Licensing**:

- Ensure the outlet complies with all relevant licenses, permits, and health regulations.
- Stay informed about local laws related to the operation of the outlet.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Ability to motivate and inspire staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address issues promptly.
- Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Basic financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets.
- Understanding of local regulations and licensing requirements related to the hospitality industry.

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 per month
