**About the Job**

The Influencer & Brand Partnerships Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating influencer marketing campaigns and brand partnerships to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves managing relationships with influencers, coordinating campaign logistics, and ensuring effective collaboration between influencers and brand partners.

You will work closely with the Senior Influencer & Brand Partnerships Manager to execute strategic initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the marketing team with measurable KPI's.

**Responsibilities**
- Influencer Management: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, including content creators, social media personalities, and industry experts on a global scale.
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns and brand partnerships in alignment with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- Collaborative Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the e-commerce, growth, affiliate and social media teams, to develop campaign strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating and managing contracts with influencers and brand partners, including outlining deliverables, timelines, compensation, and legal considerations.
- Content Review and Approval: Review influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI, Media Value and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with influencers and brand partners, serving as a primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and influencer marketing best practices to identify new opportunities for brand partnerships.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on influencer campaigns, events, activations and performance metrics, and maintain organised documentation of contracts, agreements, and campaign assets.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and cost efficiency.
- Public Relations: Manage day to day relationships with four global PR agencies and assist in executing PR activities in each region.
- Maintain and build relationships with local press in each region, communicating the brand strategy and NPD launches.
- Event Coordination: coordinate consumer and retail lead activations in global markets in line with the marketing and PR calendar.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min 3 years) in influencer marketing, brand partnerships and public relations.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with influencers, brand partners, and internal teams.
