Key Responsibilities
- Drive electrical systems strategy across multi-site data centers, aligned with Green Mark, SS 564, and SS 638 standards.
- Oversee and validate medium/low voltage systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, and power monitoring platforms to ensure uptime and energy efficiency.
- Review and approve electrical design packages, commissioning protocols, and lifecycle plans in coordination with design, construction, and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, IEC, and local building codes; support root cause analysis (RCA) and audit readiness.
- Execute and refine SOPs/MOPs, monitor vendor performance, and uphold service-level expectations.Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate SCADA/BMS platforms, optimize energy usage, and support capacity planning.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical systems within mission-critical environments (data centers, hospitals, semiconductor fabs, etc.)
- Proven expertise in power system design, redundancy planning, and electrical infrastructure commissioning.
- Familiarity with Tier III/IV data center standards, Uptime Institute protocols, and electrical reliability modeling.Proficient in CMMS platforms, SCADA/BMS integration, and power quality analysis tools (e.g., ETAP, SKM, PowerFactory).
