Role Overview: As a Vessel Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of technical management for the vessel under your responsibility, from engineering solutions to operational strategies, ensuring safe, efficient, crew, and cost-effective vessel operations that meet our high standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all technical and financial aspects of vessel operations.
- Oversee maintenance plans and budgets, including planning for yard stays and docking.
- Ensure compliance with class and flag state requirements.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, bridging communication between vessels, management, and clients.
- Drive performance management of the top four officers on board.

Qualifications:

- Higher education in marine technology or engineering (MSc/BSc) with relevant experience in technical ship management.
- Alternatively, background as a marine engineer or navigational officer or experience in a similar role as a Vessel Manager/Superintendent.
- Experience with vessel types, preferably combination carriers.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of maintenance systems.
