- Establish level of risk that the company is willing to take, understanding strategic & broader business issue
- Monitor, analyze and assess current risks & mitigations, identify potential risk that are affecting the company
- Provide value-add & insights for risk issues, influence and initiate changes in the company
- Risk reporting tailored to the audience
- Build risk awareness amongst 3 lines of defense
- Conduct or liaise with market risk, L2 functions & L3 to perform assurance reviews
- Optimize performance and effectiveness through technology, data & other methods (eg: Kaizen, Digitization)
- Collaboration with Other markets
- Collaborate and deliver as a team
- Cover duties of other Group Risk leads during leave of absence

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**
- More than 5 years experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), preferably in Integrated Assurance Framework (IAF).
- Perform specialist tasks as required
- Experience in operationalizing Integrated Assurance Framework / 3 lines of defense governance models preferred.
