**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide supervision to site staff and contractors in planning, coordination, and execution of service project to ensure on-time delivery and accordance with procedures
- Liaise with external agencies on regulations governing building facilities
- Overall facilities management of the building(s) that he/she is assigned, to include soft FM services such as pest control, landscape, cleaning, and security
- Required to plan, formulate, manage, and oversee the fitting-out, operations, maintenance, and upkeep of buildings and land area
- Supervise and manage contractors in fulfilling their contractual obligation and ensure smooth operation of the building
- Ensure preventive maintenance programmes for all M&E equipment/specialist systems are in compliance with relevant legislations and safe work procedures
