Draftsman

**Statement Of Purpose **_**(Overall Purpose of Job)**_

To be the company representative and liaise with the Clients, Consultants, relevant authorities and occupiers to ensure project is delivered within quality, time and cost requirements.

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
(A) Specific:

- Responsible for preparing technical drawings to be used in construction plans. Create visual guidelines for construction purposes. Draft technical details. Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures.
- Interpret architectural and sketches into detailed drawings for various stage.
- Prepare shop drawing, as-build drawings & details for submission.

(B) General:

- Coordinate and work with other departments and vendors.
- Updating of Approving Designs from Clients/Main Contractor
- Liaise with main-cons, subcon and suppliers for coordination and technical details.
- Other duties as assigned such as involving on the tender submission preparation

(C) Safety:

- Follow Company safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

**Job Requirements**
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:

- Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building / Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or any other discipline related to building construction.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in managing projects of similar nature and scale.

(B) Knowledge & Skills:

- Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Software (Photoshop,3D MAX).
- Knowledge in BIM.
- PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
- Singapore Class 3 driving license.

(C) Experience:

- Preferably with working experience in New Builds, Addition and Alteration (A&A), ID fitment work and upgrading projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Drafting: 2 years (preferred)
- BIM: 2 years (preferred)
- AutoCAD: 2 years (preferred)
- 3D Software: 2 years (preferred)
