Our outlets offer diners a variety of products and services from specialized western bistro dishes to European-inspired delicacies all with an emphasis on good taste, good quality and value-for-money dining.
Our company is currently looking for cooking Chefs to support our team of passionate and talented individuals for our kitchens. Our restaurants and catering are very food focused, offering high tea, event nights, mocktails and amazing cuisine produced by our kitchen team.
**Responsibilities**
Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
Ensure adequacy of mise en place before service
Follow guidance and instructions of the head or sous chef and share input of preparation and presentation of dishes
Ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen and work stations
Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
Adhere to strict health and hygiene standards
Help to maintain a smooth and friendly work environment
Staff will also be required to perform ad-hoc duties as per management’s requirements.
**Requirements**:
Possess good interpersonal skills Interest and passion in hospitality, food and beverage
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Experienced in catering will be appreciated
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
High quality standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food and beverage (Experience in similar industry and any relevant education would be an advantage
