**Role Overview**:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives forward. You will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Additionally, you will collaborate with external marketing agencies to execute pay-per-click advertising campaigns effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative content strategies to attract and engage our target audience.
- Produce high-quality photos and videos for use on social media platforms and other marketing channels.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Facebook and SEM.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Experience with pay-per-click advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
