Business Analyst

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Link the business objectives with the client’s technical capabilities
- Web business analyst will work to define business and technical integration requirements and provide the strategic recommendations about necessary updates.
- He or she will have experience of working with content management systems, and have an understanding about the best practices involved with user-experience (UX) design, search engine marketing, personalization and optimization.
- Business analyst will be required to translate conceptual technical ideas into more layman terms for managers and business users to understand.
- Need to craft documents with technical specifications and describe the processes and techniques that could be the best fit technology for the client’s website.
- Prioritize key deliverables; assumes full accountability for overall success of the program
- Coordinate with track owners, seek inputs, compile and construct scope document. Secure signoff’s and ensures downstream and upstream traceability
- Conduct independent reviews on Technical Solution, highlight technical risks to program stake holders, their impact on the program and devise strategies to mitigate them without impacting the program.
- Identify, execute and report on continuous improvement activities and conduct quality audits
- Set up tracking mechanisms for the risks and propose a risk mitigation plan
- Able to respond to most situations with limited guidance and formulate alternative courses of action on more complex information with additional guidance from seniors

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Possessing minimum 8+ years of experience, with 4 years as web content management business analyst
- Experienced in driving programs in complex multi-vendor environment
- Ability to manage global, multi-vendor, high-risk programs involving complex dependencies
- Ability to demonstrate traits of a business analyst
- Skilled to interface with multiple business units, organizations, and multiple specialist groups within the organization as well as within the client organization
- Ability to work closely with senior Business Leaders, IT Partners, vendors and peers for the project, the customer and the transition team (onshore and offshore)
- Ability to lead/coordinate a cross-functional team, ensuring that program meets the defined scope, time, cost and quality constraints
- Ability to manage critical/high risks that may arise during the program and successfully execute the program without impacting the overalls schedule or quality
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Mandarin speaking will be advantage.
