**POSITION PROFILE
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
DEFINE
- Use critical thinking to assess existing process losses in all 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) aspects to improve uptime and overall capability and to make clear with the issues and areas of focus using data visualization

MEASURE & CONTROL
- Oversee processes to maintain optimization and to measure cross-functional team improvement progress and results

ANALYZE & IMPROVE
- Detail analysis of process loss with its breakdown through deep understanding of automation control and better data visualization
- Use process capability study to implement and test new procedures/methods to optimize productivity and machine efficiency through logical approach
- Work on continuous improvement in data visualization through soft skills and knowledge

REPORTING
- Able to prepare and update improvement progress and results periodically

**ABILITY/COMPETENCY REQUIRED**
- Degree in Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- 2 years of working experience in manufacturing sector/process engineering or machine building is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and self-starter with ability to take ownership of tasks and assignments
- Able to work independently, eager to learn and is a team player
- Strong communication and good people skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good to have knowledge in VBA, batch scripts or other programming
- Willing to work overtime on workdays and during weekends when needed
- Hands-on experience in PLC programming and knowledge of industrial hardware systems is an added advantage
