We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent and Transformation team at Mercer. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an **Intern**in our **Talent and Transformation team**, you will have the opportunity to work on consulting projects and assist in translating data into meaningful insights about HR trends.

**We will count on you to**:

- Remain curious and adaptable when supporting the delivery of projects.
- Be mindful when creating well-researched deliverables.
- Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement.

**What you need to have**:

- Available full-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from September 2025.
- A passion for learning about various areas of HR.
