**Responsibilities**:
Sustainability

Identify, develop and rollout sustainability plans and projects for the Asia Pacific region

Support Group’s global initiatives across the Asia Pacific region

Lead and drive sustainability activities in Singapore

Monitor and coordinate local sustainability activities with representatives of over 10 countries in scope

Communicate sustainability causes of the Group and for the Asia Pacific region internally and externally

Prepare sustainability communications material, reports and assessments as required

Responsible for data collection and putting together sustainability information for Group sustainability report; and customer queries/ audits and tender as required.

Monitor and organise existing projects for People and the Environment

Monitor related rules and legislation, e.g. in the area of environmental topics

Develop stakeholder engagement programmes in Asia Pacific and execute to the priorities, including working partnerships with customers, NGOs, academies government and with employees to inspire them in our sustainability journey.

Research on sustainability practices and trends, as well as industry insights and peers’ performance.

Translate global sustainability targets into regional programmes and goals.

Communications

Generate and develop content ideas

Collaborate with representatives of over 10 countr ies in APAC to solicit for stories

Assist with drafting and uploading of stories on the various communications platforms, including social media

Provide team with graphic support

Assist with media monitoring

Any other projects as assigned

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in sustainability management, environmental studies, communications or equivalent discipline is preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience performing in a similar capacity

Preferably from Transportation and Logistics industry

A passion for sustainable development, both social and environmental, coupled with an understanding of the role of business in providing solutions

Strong written and oral communications skills

Fluent in English (verbal, written, presentation)

Fluency in Mandarin is a huge plus as you may be required to write and proof-read communications in Mandarin, though not a necessity
