Cornerstone Enrichment offers specialised programmes to primary, secondary schools and tertiary institutions in Singapore. We are a specialised training institution in the education industry, equipping youth all over Singapore with 21st century skills that will enable them to be responsible citizens and problem-solvers. Our aim is to empower our youths to be ingenious, resilient, exemplary and caring individuals.

Through our programmes and events, Cornerstone brings students in direct contact with role-models, experienced trainers, entrepreneurs and professionals from the industries. We mentor them on their projects and provide the crucial link between education and industries.

- Career Awareness and Planning
- Time Out Programme / After School Engagement
- Speech and Drama
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship
- Design Thinking
- Financial Literacy
- Various Elective Modules
- Conduct and/or assist in classroom-based training sessions on various IT-related topics (e.g. Design Thinking with Tech Integration, Basic Coding, Digital Literacy, Cyber Wellness).
- Ensure sessions are interactive and promote both technical and character development through experiential learning.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned related to tech education or digital enablement.

**Job Requirements**
- Outgoing, proactive, and adaptable with a positive mindset and strong communication skills.
- Passionate about youth development and character-building through digital and soft skill integration.
- Good conceptual thinking and able to explain IT concepts in a simple, relatable way to non-tech audiences.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tech tools/platforms simultaneously.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of tech tools/platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Canva, Scratch, Python basics, coding games, etc.) is an advantage.
- Experience in facilitation, education, youth work, CCAs, or volunteer work in community/social settings is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

- Training: 1 year

Pay: From $1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
