**Key Responsibilities:
**Training Development & Delivery**

Develop and write standard operating procedures, training materials, and detailed product information.

**Mentorship & Skill Enhancement**

Mentor and guide aestheticians in product usage, skincare knowledge, and effective selling techniques.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO certification holder.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in a training role, with qualifications in beauty training preferred.
- **Skills**:Strong command of English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Knowledge and experience in delivering training on beauty treatments and salon management.
Well-versed in professional beauty treatments and skincare products, with strong hands-on skills.
Willingness to travel and participate in overseas exhibitions.
Strong customer experience skills.
