**Responsibilities**
- Manage the shipment of parts from other countries, including those that are dirty or dusty.
- Send daily reports on shipping and handling activities.
- Contact customers for part verification or clarification as needed.
- Coordinate with scrap vendors for proper disposal of parts.
- Pack parts for delivery to Singapore HUB (APDC).
- Verify physical parts against CID criteria picture requirements.
- Ensure accurate sorting of every item to its correct disposition.
- Maintain in-house systems and the Ireturn system.
- Provide support for inbound and outbound operations.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

**Requirement**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as a team to support each other.
- Physically fit & healthy and able to carry heavy weight (team members will help)
