Pharmacy Technician

**Leading Healthcare Provider**:

- **Prior exp as Pharmacy Tech is required**

**Responsibilities**:

- Pre-packs drugs for dispensing.
- Files the prescriptions and orders.
- Maintains and updates inventory records on all drugs regularly and accurately.
- Maintains and updates drug lists in in Inpatient, Day Care and Home Care.
- Maintains and updates records on expiry dates of drugs.
- Conducts stock checks to ensure that the stock is adequate and replenishes the stocks in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with other team members to provide smooth delivery of patient care and services.
- Observes organisational and legal requirements regarding storage and control of drugs and medical supplies.
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in matters involving patient/customer care.
- Maintains a conducive and safe patient care environment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent
- Certified Pharmacy Technician Course
- At least 2 years of experience in an acute hospital setting or VWO sector
- Strong passion to serve and meticulous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player who is also able to work independently

**Other Information**:

- Working Days/Hours: Mon-Thurs, 80am to 530pm, Fri ends at 5pm
- Location: Near Ang Mo Kio
