**Responsibilities**:

- Offering friendly and efficient service, attending to guest enquires
- Preparation and serving of desserts and drinks
- Dishwashing duties - i.e. proper cleaning of cutlery, dishes, equipment, etc.
- Setting up and clearing down of operations
- Follow SOPs and checklists laid out
- Maintaining food hygiene safety and outlet cleanliness

**Basic Requirements**:

- Experience in F&B (not necessary, but will be an advantage)
- Interest in tea and brewing of tea
- Able to work in different outlets (Odeon, 111 Somerset, Raffles Medical, Takashimaya)
- Able to work weekends & public holidays
- Able to commit for 6 months and above

**Skills & Abilities**:
