**Job Scope**:

- **Benchmarking and Process Development**:Responsible for new equipment benchmarking, process development, technical strategies, and technical roadmaps at the Central Backend Manufacturing & Technology (BEM&T) function.
- **Technical Expertise**:Provide technical expertise and recommend solutions for the development and design of equipment to maximize overall equipment effectiveness.
- **Technical Specifications**:Create equipment technical specifications and strip drawings.
- **Standardization**:Harmonize and standardize manufacturing equipment and solutions across all BEM&T sites worldwide.
- **Coordination and Communication**:Maintain a strong coordination and communication network with both local and overseas back-end manufacturing sites.
- **Supplier Collaboration**:Partner with suppliers and subcontractors on new equipment projects, including commissioning and installation.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- **Experience**:More than 3 years of experience in Mold, Oven, Safety, or AXI Equipment Engineering.
- **Technical Knowledge**:Good knowledge and expertise in mold equipment, mold simulation, and mold chase design rules.
- **Procurement and Safety**:Ability to create centralized technical equipment procurement and safety specifications.
- **Strip Drawing**:Ability to create molded ball attach strip drawing substrates and leadframe drawings for "mold + trim & form."
- **Leadership**:Ability to lead technical and equipment communication.
- **Communication Skills**:Able to express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
- **Problem-Solving**:Solid experience in problem-solving techniques and methodologies.
- **Personal Attributes**:Requires creativity and assertiveness.
