**Job Title: BIM Drafter (Data Center)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Modeling**:Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for data center projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements and standards.
- **Technical Drafting**:Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams related to mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
- **Clash Detection**:Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between different disciplines (MEP, architectural, and structural).
- **Coordination**:Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of design and construction processes.
- **Compliance**:Ensure that all models and drawings comply with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
- **Quality Control**:Conduct quality checks on drawings and models to ensure they meet the project specifications and client expectations.
- **Data Center Focus**:Specifically handle the design and drafting for data center projects, with attention to technical infrastructure like power distribution, cooling, and safety systems.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Drafter, with a focus on data center projects.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Knowledge of MEP systems is essential.
- **Education**:Diploma or degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- **Problem-Solving**:Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the modeling and drafting process.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in data center design and understanding of critical infrastructure components.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to data center construction.
