- Perform physical and electrical failure analysis on Integrated Circuit (IC) coming from Assembly, Test and Customer Returns.
- Execute Reliability test procedures based on customer and Jedec/IPC requirements.
- Generate Failure Analysis and Reliability report.
- Support ESD Committee for the execution and improvement of ESD protocols.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Material Science or Electrical/Electronic), Physics or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in Failure Analysis and Reliability engineering for semiconductor wafer fab or assembly and testing.
- Familiar with IC manufacturing such as Assembly and Testing.
- Familiar with Jedec/IPC requirements.
- Good knowledge with ANSI/ESD procedures and protocols.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Entry level are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge on the following FA tools and techniques.
- SEM / EDX
- CSAM
- X-ray
- Curve Tracer
- Chemical, mechanical and laser decapsulation
- BGA reballing
- Cross-section
- OBIRCH/hotspot detection
- Deprocessing- Familiar with Reliability engineering and different Reliability stress.
- Temperature Cycle Test (TCT)
- Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST)
- High Temp Storage Life (HTSL)
- Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) & Temp/Humidity Testing
