Be able to provide marketing tools such as posters, reels, invitations
- Organise the Instagram grid and prepare monthly campaigns and posts to drive sales
- Prepare the weekly newsletter and monthly blog to engage clientes and raise brand awareness
- Make monthly invoices for 5 to 10 shops
- Make listings of pieces for 5/10 shops
- Keep track of all the stocks on consignment in singapore and at Le Studio
- Correspondance and updates with platforms such as Wolf and Badger and ichangi platforms
- Looking for new retail ventures and new platforms
- Correspondance with magazines and writers
- Be able to do research and collect information to drive search for social media

She should be able to come onsite in the office twice a week located on Fernhill Road

She should be able to help on physical fairs with extra salary for extra hours spent.

Period of employment would start from 1 st if January 2025

Salary will be based upon the level of experience of the applicant

From first time intern to experienced assistant

An increase of salary could be done after 6 months ( August) and full time contract offered for January 2026.
