- Working Location: Mandai Estate
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and interpret construction drawings and plans to accurately calculate material quantities needed for projects.
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project needs.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and competitive bids for tender submissions.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and manage procurement processes.
- Maintain continuous communication with consultants and subcontractors regarding progress claims, variation works, and finalizing accounts.
- Oversee and mentor junior quantity surveyors, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local forms of contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure project success.

- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/ QS or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in quantity surveying.
- Possess knowledge for local form of contracts (i.e. PSSCOC, SIA & etc.).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
