Co-ordinator (Dicc)

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a Co-Ordinator to assist in the general management of programmes and projects spearheaded by TTSH Rehab Centre which include Centre of Rehabilitation Excellence (CORE) and support in ensuring that all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are fulfilled.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide overall coordination support, partnering with the leads of Research, Education and Innovation tracks to solve system and process problems and operations/ administrative matters.
- Assist in the research coordination of assigned projects, including data collection and not limited to preparation of research protocol and research related documents.
- Support the management of clinical databases, and conducts periodic checks to ensure that the outcomes entries are up-to-date.
- Assist in the planning and organising of Rehab Nursing education, certification workshops/courses, including liaison with internal and external partners.
- Assist to track projects/programmes timeline and implementation milestones, including deliverables and outcomes.
- Manage budget utilization according to approved budget, track expenditure and savings.
- Prepare periodic progress updates of projects/programmes to the Director.
- **Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Nursing/Biological Sciences or related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare / Research is preferred.
Demonstrate strong communication and analysis skills.
- Good command in language proficiency (conversation and written).
- Able to converse in local dialects is a bonus.
- Meticulous, self-directed, and able to work in teams.
