You will learn practical skills and strategies in early intervention from a multi-disciplinary team including Psychologist, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Behavioral Therapist, and Educational Therapist. **Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree holder
- Fresh GCE “A” Level graduate or undergraduate in Polytechnic or University
- Fresh graduate and currently pursuing a Diploma in Polytechnics or Degree in Universities will be considered if they are seeking a career and training in the special education, psychology or social services sector
- Must be respectful and sensitive towards the clients
- must be open-minded and wiling to learn and explore new things
- Experience teaching young children in a small group (4-6 kids) or classroom setting in a preschool / early childhood or enrichment center is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as being a team player

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the teachers during lessons, supervising the children in areas of feeding, grooming, toilet training and/or other daily living skills training sessions
- Assist in managing the children’s behavior using appropriate behavior management techniques
- Ensure safe arrival and departure of the children to the classroom
- Clerical duties associated with classroom activities, as well as the preparation of materials for classroom teaching.
- Maintain good rapport with the teachers, parents/caregivers and other staff members.
- May attend meetings and contribute positively and actively and support school events/ initiatives within school hours or otherwise.
